Delivery times, shipping and refund policy


UPDATED DELIVERY INFORMATION: We are still shipping orders out in accordance with Government guidelines, but as a small business we are reliant upon Royal Mail services to deliver your orders. We understand that there are current delays with post being delivered by Royal Mail due to changes in services and skeleton staff operating. So please be patient when waiting for your orders to arrive. Thank you so much for your understanding. 

 

 

Each item is handmade to order, so please allow seven working days for orders to be dispatched. They will then be sent via first class post, costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent upon the weight of your items. Prices start from £2.20 for small items, heavier items cost £3.50. There is an option at checkout to pay extra for expedited delivery should you wish to receive your item sooner.

 

In purchasing from Gooseberry Fool, you are accepting that all items are handmade. We accept returns on items that do not fit or in the unlikely event that there is a fault in the garment. Item must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.
