Delivery times, shipping and refund policy


UPDATED DELIVERY INFORMATION: Orders are being shipped, but as a small business we are reliant upon Royal Mail services to deliver your orders. We understand that some areas are still experiencing delays with post being delivered by Royal Mail due to changes in services and skeleton staff operating. So please be patient when waiting for your orders to arrive. Thank you so much for your understanding. 

 

 

Ready to ship items will be sent in two working days, and all made to order items are shipped within 14 working days. Orders are sent via first class post, costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent upon the weight of your items. Prices start from £2.20 for small items, heavier items cost £3.50. There is an option at checkout to pay extra for expedited delivery should you wish to receive your item sooner.

 

In purchasing from Gooseberry Fool, you are accepting that all items are handmade. We accept returns on items that do not fit or in the unlikely event that there is a fault in the garment. Any other reason then postage will not be refunded. Unfortunately personalised items are unable to be returned. Item must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty. Please email rachel@gooseberryfool.me.uk for return address.
